Connells Group appoints Graham Jones, Group Human Resources Director
Graham Jones, a human resources leader with over 25 years’ experience, has been appointed Group Human Resources Director at leading estate agency and property services provider Connells Group.
Graham has broad experience in human resource transformation management, engagement and retention, talent management, organisational development, executive recruitment, employee relations, coaching and more. A highly experienced human resources professional, Graham has worked at Board level in multiple industry sectors including real estate, financial services, insurance, automotive and staffing services both in the UK and internationally. Before his most recent appointment, Graham was at Adecco Group where he was Chief Human Resources Officer for six years. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
In his new role, Graham will be working with Connells Group’s business leaders to develop and build the HR strategy and services offered to the Group’s 7,000 strong workforce, ensuring the business maintains and builds on its position as the leading employer in its sector.
