Jessica Hardwick appointed Connells Group Affordable Housing Services Director

Leading estate agency and property services provider Connells Group announces the appointment of Jessica Hardwick to the new position of Connells Group Affordable Housing Services Director, effective immediately.

Jessica has over 16 years’ experience in the Group, most recently in the position of Senior New Homes Director covering the Connells Central East & West region, and extensive contacts within the housebuilding industry. In her new role, Jessica is charged with driving Connells Group’s affordable housing offering, developing existing relationships across the Group and forging new effective relationships with operators in the sector. Jessica will be providing help and advice on any land acquisition or disposal, assisting with formal valuation work and offering sales and marketing support for private and shared ownership schemes, working closely with the land and new homes across both the Connells and Sequence networks.
