Connells Group supports National Apprenticeship Week 2021

Connells Group takes an active role in this annual initiative, raising the profile of its apprentices and celebrating both the important role they play in the business, as well as its successful Apprenticeship Scheme which equips people of all ages with the skills that they need to prosper in the property industry.

Since its launch in January 2013, the Connells Group Apprenticeship Scheme has given people the opportunity to ‘earn while they learn’ and develop vital skills across a multitude of professional disciplines including: residential sales, lettings, mortgage services, business administration, customer service, HR, payroll, IT, recruitment and survey & valuation.

The Group also offers an apprenticeship programme for existing members of staff to upskill, focusing on leadership and management development or customer service courses. Connells Group are committed to hiring a substantial number of apprentices this year across their estate agency network and support office locations. The Group also plans to launch a drive to upskill its existing team members by utilising the apprentice levy to train people in areas such as leadership, coaching and business administration.
