Countrywide Launches Specialist Shared Ownership Services
Countrywide, part of Connells Group, unveils a fully-fledged, catch-all shared ownership service.
Over the past four years what was initially a side-line for the agency behemoth has grown exponentially. From selling 40 shared ownership units in 2019 to more than 900 in 2023 their activity in the market has increased by an impressive 2,150%.
Through their specialist Affordable Housing Team, Countrywide provides services for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and the For-Profit sector on a nationwide scale.
With over 60 brands of well-known high street agents to its name, around 500 offices, expertise in sales and lettings, and consumer financial services its 30 years of public and private sector experience are certainly in its corner.
Countrywide list ‘initial investment advice, sector specific compliance and consultancy through to sales, marketing and customer care’ as part of the services on offer.
