Connells Living – one year on
Connells Group is marking one year since launching Connells Living, its full-service offering for Private Rented Sector (PRS) investors.
Headed up by Group PRS Director James Thornett, the Connells Living proposition harnesses Connells Group’s complete range of service lines to provide an unrivalled offering covering the entire asset lifecycle.
Over the course of the year, James and his team have worked on behalf of many investor clients, with projects including:
- letting large scale Build To Rent (BTR) schemes in Leeds, Birmingham and London;
- the disposal of a BTR building in Cardiff;
- the sales of individual flats in Kent;
- the letting and management of a residential portfolio owned by a major high street bank;
- the creation of bespoke research reports to provide in depth rental and viability analysis for investors active across the UK.
