Connells Group appoints Affordable Housing Director in strategic new division
Connells Group is thrilled to announce the expansion of its affordable housing division with the appointment of Roy Hind as the Group's Affordable Housing Director. Roy Hind, a well-known figure with an impressive track record within housing associations, the Chartered Institute of Housing, and BPHA, will spearhead the integration of services across Connells Groups multiple brands, including Sequence, Connells, and Countrywide.
The strategic creation of this directorial role marks a significant indication of Connells Group's dedication to enhancing its service offerings and its resolve to be a leader in the affordable housing sector.
Under Roy's leadership, the nationwide team will harness the collective expertise of the Group to offer a comprehensive suite of services. This includes financial services, property sales, valuations, conveyancing, and more, tailored to enhance the offerings for housing providers and local authorities.
Roy's experience and dedication to the sector are set to drive Connells Group's business forward in the affordable housing market. "The demand for affordable housing is mounting, and we have seen staggering growth in our affordable homes portfolio," Roy commented.
