Countrywide Shared Ownership’s Re-sales service combines the business’ market-leading expertise in Shared Ownership sales and compliance, with the strength of its nationwide high street branch network and buyer database. The 360-degree solution offers Affordable Housing providers just one central point of contact to manage the onward sale of a Shared Ownership property, allowing for a smoother and more efficient service for clients and customers.
